This intermediate course will focus on the art of glazing. Students will learn how to create glaze sample tiles, document and keep track of glazing experiments, learn more about which glazes play nicely together and why, discuss how to troubleshoot glaze issues, and more. Students will be provided with studio glaze but may also choose to bring their own glazes to experiment with.

Prerequisite: Ceramics Fundamentals

YOUTH PARTICIPANTS For students ages 14-17 participating in non-youth classes, parents/guardians must complete this waiver and send to Artisan.Center@nwtc.edu before the first day of class. The form may also be completed at the Artisan and Business Center if registering in person.
