Heart of Healing Workshop

Utilize textiles to process and release emotions surrounding a loss or difficult time in your life. In this one-day workshop, participants will identify and write out their feelings, tear them into pieces, and use them to stuff an embroidered heart ornament. The program will conclude with hand stitching up the opening of the heart, symbolizing closure.
