If you already have foundational woodturning skills, this intermediate class is recommended to continue advancing in your skillset! During this class, students will learn the basics of segmented woodturning design and construction. Instructors will guide the creation of a specialized sled to use for cutting uniform segments and teach proper technique for assembly and shaping. Students will have the opportunity to complete a decorative bowl. Though we supply the equipment needed, students are permitted to bring and use their personal woodturning tools for class.

Prerequisite: Woodturning Fundamentals
