What is the Lean Alliance? The Lean Alliance is an annual membership program facilitated by NWTC, connecting businesses that embrace Lean principles to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
How Can It Benefit You?

- Optimize: Improve processes and strengthen your CI culture through real-world examples. This annual membership is open to individuals from all industries and experience levels who are passionate about Lean principles and continuous improvement (CI).
Membership includes two to three in-person interactive discussions, sharing of success stories and challenges, and two local business site tours showcasing Lean and continuous improvement (CI) practices in action.

- March 6, 8:30-10:30 (Using BI for your CI data)
- April 24, 8:30-10:30 (Cadence tour)
- June 5, 8:30-10:30 (Six Sigma Tools)
- July 24, 8:30-10:30 (Luvata Tour)
- November 13, 8:30-10:30 (Emotional Intelligence and CI)
