What is the Lean Alliance?
The Lean Alliance is an annual membership program facilitated by NWTC, connecting businesses that embrace Lean principles to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Membership includes two to three in-person interactive discussions, sharing of success stories and challenges, and two local business site tours showcasing Lean and continuous improvement (CI) practices in action.
This annual membership is open to individuals from all industries and experience levels who are passionate about Lean principles and continuous improvement (CI).
