Day One - April 7, 2026: A full conference experience with keynote speakers and breakout sessions.

- Hands-on Track: Dive into real-world solutions and practical exercises to address safety and security challenges head-on. Featured Topics: Active Shooter Response, Establishing Safety Teams, Crisis & De-escalation Strategies, Situational Awareness, Medical Incident Preparedness , Decision Making Exercises
OPTIONAL Day Two - April 8, 2026 (Separate registration required): Our 4-hour intensive workshops are designed to help you master practical skills you can apply immediately. These sessions go beyond theory—expect real-world strategies, interactive exercises, and expert guidance to accelerate your growth.
