This seminar teaches entrepreneurial thinking principles to help employees think creatively and to identify and evaluate workplace issues solutions. When done within a corporate setting, this type of thinking, known as corporate entrepreneurship or interpreneurial thinking, enables employees to see problems as opportunities and provides them with the tools to create, evaluate, and effectively communicate viable solutions. When employees are part of the solution, employee engagement and satisfaction increase, and employers see increased efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
