Cupping Massage

Students will learn the equipment necessary to provide cupping massage and have a solid understanding of cautions and contraindications. Students will develop skills to provide cupping massage to all areas of the body safe and effectively.

• Students will list the contraindications of cupping massage
• Students will compare and contrast the types of cups
• Students will demonstrate cupping massage techniques on the back
• Students will demonstrate cupping massage techniques on the upper extremity
• Students will demonstrate cupping massage techniques on the anterior lower extremity
• Students will demonstrate cupping massage techniques on the posterior lower extremity
• Students will demonstrate cupping massage techniques on the feet
• Students will demonstrate cupping massage techniques for the full body
