What is popular today may or may not be popular tomorrow. Drug trends come and go in waves. A trend may disappear for years only to rear its ugly head again years later. Sometimes trends are popular in one area of the country but never progress across the country, whereas other drugs do. In the science of the world today, new and improved ways to extract specific chemicals from natural substances is occurring along with the development of synthetic substances. The drug world is constantly evolving with variable compositions and are oftentimes marketed deceptively.
