Emotional Intelligence in Continuous Improvement

Have you ever wondered "Why do they act THAT way?" or maybe even wish that you had responded to a situation in a different manner? All our responses are dependent on where we fall on the emotional intelligence (EQ) scale. In this class we will review some interesting data points regarding EQ, where we are on the EQ scale, how to work with and respond to others that may not be at the same level, and how all of this impacts our lives as leaders within an organization.
