This one-day course covers grant implementation topics, including file management, reporting requirements, and how to submit for project modifications. The course addresses the participant’s ability to navigate funding agency objectives to align with the program goals. This information is helpful for the development of grant proposals, with a focus on grant management and project implementation, which should start before the funding application is submitted. Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to use the provided templates and resources to successfully track compliance measures, monitor project deliverables, and create meaningful progress reports.   The primary goal of this course is to expand on the participants’ skills and experiences to provide the opportunity to enhance the approach to successfully implement grant-funded projects.
