This course equips participants with the tools to identify and align diverse yet complementary skills, characteristics, and strengths to team roles. Through practical techniques, participants will learn how to observe team dynamics, foster positive communication patterns, identify groupthink and it’s power in teams, and cultivate mutual accountability. The result: stronger morale, better collaboration, and consistently high-performing teams.
