This module covers the basics of intrapreneurship and a step-by-step procedure designed to help employees produce new ideas and move those ideas through the process to create new services, products, or operational processes. Learning Objectives:
- Define an intrapreneurial mindset.
- Discuss where good ideas come from.
- Introduce 6 core principles of an intrapreneurial mindset.
- Review the Opportunity Discovery Canvas and how to use it as a step-by-step guide for thinking innovatively. Present best practices for communicating your innovative solutions to company leadership.
