NWTC’s Leadership Academy is an extensive 24-hour course that provides a comprehensive review of contemporary issues and perspectives on leadership. This course is specifically designed for front-line leaders who are interested in exploring diverse ways of exercising leadership and enhancing their ability to work with others in a leadership context. Through practical and interactive sessions, participants will have the opportunity to challenge their beliefs and assumptions about what constitutes effective leadership. The course aims to provide a firsthand experience of leadership and equip participants with the necessary skills to become successful leaders in their respective fields.
