Leading Greater: DiSC

Discover your leadership style and learn how to communicate more effectively with others. The DiSC® Assessment identifies four primary behavioral styles—Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness—helping you understand how you prefer to interact, make decisions, and respond to challenges. This session builds self-awareness and equips participants with practical strategies for adapting their approach to strengthen relationships and enhance team performance.

Participants will:

• Identify their DiSC® behavioral style
• Understand how each style affects communication and decision-making
• Learn techniques for collaborating with diverse personalities
• Strengthen emotional intelligence and team cohesion
• Improve conflict resolution and workplace interactions

This assessment is ideal for emerging leaders, new supervisors, and professionals looking to elevate their interpersonal effectiveness.
