Leading Greater: I.M.P.A.C.T.

Leading Greater: I.M.P.A.C.T. is a flexible, self-paced leadership program designed for new, aspiring, or emerging leaders. Grounded in the core principles of I.M.P.A.C.T.—Initiative, Mindset, People, Action, Collaboration, and Teamwork – the program builds a strong foundation in modern leadership principles while developing practical skills they can apply immediately in the workplace. Through interactive activities and real-world scenarios, learners strengthen their confidence and improve communication, teamwork, delegation, decision-making, and conflict resolution.

Structured across six modules, this program blends core leadership concepts with real-world examples to help participants understand how to lead teams effectively, support workplace dynamics, and contribute to positive organizational results.

Participants will:

• Explore leadership styles and frontline leadership responsibilities
• Strengthen skills in planning, organizing, delegating, and motivating teams
• Learn strategies for resolving conflict and managing diverse workforces
• Develop team-building skills, including facilitation and collaboration
• Practice problem-solving, decision-making, and data-informed solutions
• Build confidence through applied activities, simulations, and reflection

Note: Enroll by October 20 to participant in the virtual instructor check-ins on October 26 (9:00 AM - 10:00 AM) and December 7 (11:00 AM to 12:00PM).

This self-paced, asynchronous course lets you work through the modules at your convenience. You may enroll and start anytime but be sure to allow enough time to finish before the course end date.
