Previous Green Belt certification or instruction is suggested but not required. This course blends instruction, hands-on learning, and interactive activities to create an engaging learning experience. Examples are drawn from a wide range of industries—not just manufacturing—so all participants can relate to and apply the material.
A Black Belt-level project is required to complete the course. One-on-one instruction time is included to support each student’s project progress and success.
