This course provides foundational knowledge in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, integrating Lean’s focus on waste reduction with Six Sigma’s goal of reducing variation to improve processes and quality. It's ideal for professionals across industries looking to enhance process improvement skills and contribute to organizational efficiency.
Through a variety of engaging formats—such as hands-on activities, videos, and real-world examples—participants will:
- Understand the history and key principles of Lean and Six Sigma.
- Learn the roles and responsibilities associated with each certification level (White, Yellow, Green, Black, Master Black Belt).
- Gain a high-level overview of the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) process.
- Explore essential tools like SIPOC, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, and PDCA.
- Develop skills in project management basics, team dynamics, and problem-solving tools like 5 Whys and brainstorming.
