LESB TECCLEO Instructor

This class will prepare instructor candidates to teach tactical emergency casualty care. Attendees will learn safety protocols for teaching and testing scenarios and exercises. They will then study common student tactical and medical errors.

To be eligible to attend this instructor course, the instructor candidate must meet one of the following criteria:

• Hold current Law Enforcement Standards Board (LESB) certification as a General Law Enforcement Instructor
• Hold a current EMS Instructor II license issued by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS); or hold a current EMT-Basic (or higher) license issued by DHS.

Instructions:

1. Register online.
2. Login to ACADIS and click on “Email my Professional History Report.” Copy and paste the following address into the field: publicsafety.corporatetraining@nwtc.edu
3. Download LESB DJ-LE 336/Topic Specific Instructor Training Course Application and LESB-DJ-LE-310/Student Authorization for Release of Information at https://www.nwtc.edu/business-and-industry/public-safety-training/public-safety-training-forms-and-resources and send completed DJ-LE-336 and DJ-LE-310 to sue.lemerond@nwtc.edu at least two weeks prior to the class.
4. Confirmation to attend training will be made once the documents have been received by NWTC.

If you would like your agency to be invoiced after the training is complete, email rob.hock@nwtc.edu with each attendee's name, email address and date of birth and we will get them registered for the class.
