The following course is self-paced and asynchronous, meaning that you can progress through the modules at your convenience. While you can start the course at any time, you'll want to make sure you give yourself enough time to complete it by the end date.
Participants will be provided with the opportunity to build on the knowledge and skills developed in both the Level 1 & Level 2 Training. The learning outcomes focus on the exploration and development of PivotTables as a tool to analyze large sets of data. This 12-hour course uses a combination of learning tools, projects, and instructor guidance to help participants achieve the level of success they wish. Throughout the course participants will have access to their instructor for assistance and guidance via Online Live Microsoft Teams Meetings, On Campus Meetings, and Email. Learning Outcomes:
- Explore Microsoft Excel Tables.
- Explore What If Analysis.
- Develop & Create a PivotTables to Analyze Worksheet Data.
- Create a PivotChart.
- Create a Data Model & Develop Macros
Excel Level 3 training is the third in the series of three Micro Credentials that when combined with the others provide you with the opportunity to bridge your training to college credit.
(Note: This is a self-paced online course. Access to high-speed internet is required to retrieve class material in Canvas Learning Management System) Software Requirements:
- PC: Windows 10 or later.
- Browser: The latest version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox are preferred. Microsoft Edge is also compatible.
- Microsoft Excel 2019 (desktop version), available to download with the desktop version of Microsoft 365, or Microsoft Office Home and Student 2019 (not included in enrollment).
- Note: The "Starter Version" and "Web App" versions of Microsoft will not work with the full version taught in this course.
- Software must be installed and fully operational before the course begins.
