In today’s climate, background investigations are the most important part of the new hire process for police agencies. To reveal applicants’ true natures, the background investigation process must be thorough and standardized.

PACE Police Applicant Background Investigations Training is an eight-hour class where students learn how to perform comprehensive and standardized investigative processes. Students also learn how to produce complete and standardized documentation which minimizes liability caused by inconsistent investigations. PACE Applicant Background Investigations conform to Wisconsin Law Enforcement Accreditation Group (WILEAG) standards.
