Participants will develop and enhance their leadership skills in this one-day training course. The course provides information and resources to define and apply effective leadership styles to supervise others. The course will cover practical skills for conducting performance evaluations and establishing expectations for personnel. After training, participants will be able to:

  1. Explain leadership styles and identify participants' style preferences
  2. Define how leadership styles impact performance
  3. Discuss the importance of establishing expectations for personnel
  4. Create strategies to evaluate personnel performance
  5. Identify and apply problem-solving strategies
  6. Develop a self-improvement plan
