SFST Green Lab-Marinette Campus

An in-service class sponsored by WI BOTS that will focus on recognizing cannabis impairment. SFST trained officers in Wisconsin have attended a “wet lab” workshop with volunteers who were dosed on alcoholic beverages, but few Wisconsin law enforcement officers have participated in a similar workshop called a "green lab" where the volunteers were instead dosed on cannabis. In this class, volunteers will be dosed on hemp derived Delta-9-THC gummies and participants will administer the SFST and ARIDE battery to the volunteers. DRE participants are encouraged to use this opportunity for an instructor witnessed evaluation. An overview of DUID-Cannabis will be followed by the practical session and summary.
