This course focuses on contemporary healthcare practices and the use of technology for students interested in a career serving diverse healthcare communities. Learners explore the skills required for equitable and inclusive person-centered interactions while examining various health communities, mindful practices, professionalism, problem solving, and patient confidentiality using common business software applications including word processing, presentation, spreadsheet, and databases.

CLASS INFORMATION:
This class is delivered completely online. There are no scheduled class times. You can learn anytime and anywhere you have access to the internet. You will connect to your instructor through online discussion boards and other platforms. Textbooks: No textbook required.
