THE EVENT WILL CONSIST OF THREE PARTS:

PART 1: COMPUTER BUILD Build a desktop computer with the given parts 1. Identify the components 2. Assemble the computer 3. Boot the computer 4. Troubleshoot if necessary

PART 2: INSTALL AN OPERATING SYSTEM Install Windows 10 with USB installation media 1. Install Windows 10 to the given specification 2. Demonstrate how to upgrade the Operating System 3. Create another user

PART 3: CUSTOMIZE AND INSTALL SOFTWARE Personalize the Operating System and Install commonly used software 1. Change the background and other settings 2. Install a web browser 3. Install other productivity software

This event will take 2-2 ½ hours Tools and all other equipment will be provided
